We are just a few days away from the big day! First, thank you so much for your support! We are excited to welcome you to The Club at South River on Monday, September 21st and wanted to share the day’s schedule along with a few important need-to-knows.
SCHEDULE:
8:30 AM | Registration & Breakfast Open
Join us in the clubhouse to check-in, receive your bidder number, buy raffles, mulligans, grab breakfast, and get ready for the day!
9:30 AM | Putting Contest Opens $20 for 3 tries!
9:40 AM | Welcome & Announcements
10:00 AM | Shotgun Start
During Play | Lunch on the Turn, Contest and Drink Holes, please be on the look out for Under Par Games, Double your Money, Cougar Crushes and much more!
3:00 PM | Following Golf join us for Awards and Banquet
4:00 PM | Prizes awarded, Raffles Called, and Silent Auction Check out

WEATHER & ATTIRE:
Monday is shaping up to be a beautiful fall day, with highs in the 70s. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket or rain layer just in case. Golf attire is preferred, (no jeans) and please plan for a full day outdoors. The tournament will go on rain or shine, and we will keep golfers on the course informed of any delays.
A FEW NEED-TO-KNOWS:
VERY IMPORTANT*: If you have not yet sent me the names of the golfers filling the placeholders in your foursome, please call or send those into us today.
Throughout the day, you will have continued opportunities to bid on auction, buy raffle items, specialty drinks, contest holes, and more!
Additional purchases can be made digitally using the bidder number you will receive at check-in. Check or Cash will also be accepted through out.

Join The Calverton School for the Calverton Golf Classic on Monday, September 21, 2026, at The Golf Club at South River in Edgewater, Maryland. This private golf club is reserved for members and their guests, making the Calverton Golf Classic a special opportunity to experience one of the region’s premier courses while supporting The Calverton School.
Whether you’re joining us as an individual golfer, with a foursome, or as a sponsor, your participation helps make a difference. Spend the day enjoying 18 holes of golf, connecting with fellow supporters, and celebrating the Calverton community while making a lasting impact on our students.
